Wastecorp^® Mud-Sucker Warranty

Wastecorp stands behind the premium quality design and engineering of every
Mud-Sucker diaphragm pump. In addition to the standard warranty below,
lifetime telephone support is included.

Standard Product Warranty

Wastecorp® Pumps/ WPCI Environmental Brands (hereinafter “Seller”) warrants for a
period of one (1) year from the date of initial operation but not more than eighteen
months from the date of shipment (“the warranty period”), that the product
manufactured and sold here under will be free from defects in material and workmanship.
Seller does not warrant product accessories such as engines, motors, gauges, electrical
control equipment or other items not manufactured by the seller. Accessories are subject
to warranties as given by their respective manufacturer if other than Wastecorp.
Purchaser shall assume all responsibility and expense for removal, installation and freight.
Repaired or replaced parts/pump under this warranty will be covered for the warranty
period only.
