Wastecorp Honey Wagon General Engineering Specifications

Wastecorp offers a variety of Mud Sucker pumps from 2-3" to meet your
application requirements.

Standard Pump
Wastecorp Mud Sucker model MS-2FA diaphragm pump complete with 2"
inlet and outlet connections. Pump is complete with fabricated steel stationary
base, heavy-duty nylon reinforced neoprene 7" diaphragm, steel pump rod,
accutated by an eccentric crank arm, single flapper check valve construction
with upper and lower steel weights to ensure positive seating on both suction
and discharge, pump body is marine grade aluminum with contoured velocity
channel to aid in handling slurries. This pump is available with either single or
three phase electric motor or engine driven. Optional pumps available.

Hosing
Discharge: 1.5" or 2" x 10 ft. discharge PVC hose with polypropylene
connections.
Suction: 1.5" or 2" x (25 or 50 ft) suction PVC hose with
aluminum quick connects, optional swing check valve and ball valve.
Optional hose sizes available.

Tanks
Wastecorp offers a variety of different sized tanks to meet your application
requirements and are best suited for outdoor liquid transport. The LLDPE
horizontal elliptical leg tank is complete with galvanized tie down bands and
collection sump on the bottom for full drain out, 2" bulkhead threaded inlets,
medium-density polyethylene with UV stabilizers suitable for outdoor
applications. The tank is translucent to view liquid level.

Trailer
The Wastecorp honey wagon system is mounted on a flat deck trailer,
complete with single or double 5000 lb axles, standard 15" tires, EZ lube hubs,
steel deck with composite wood deck, stake pockets around perimeter with rub
rail, premium sealed lighting with wiring connections soldered and heat shrunk,
lifting jack, forged front eye hook, optional sized couplers, wiring harness,
electric brakes and black paint finish.
