History of Wastecorp® Plunger Pumps
After Wastecorp's acquisition of the PE Series™, HPE Series™ & EHPE Series™ plunger
pumps, we made unprecedented innovative changes to America's original plunger pump
brands first introduced in 1928 including:
- The first replaceable connecting rod eccentric.
- 160,000 psi strength shafts
- Energy saving drive systems.
- Changed the name to "Wastecorp Plunger Pumps"
Wastecorp's plunger pumps are true American symbols for quality, strength and
durability - the standard technology for sludge transfer for over 75 years.
The original company had its humble beginnings in the mid 1920's as
manufacturers' of walking beam diaphragm pumps. In the late 1920's, designs
were modified to include plunger pumps.
