Topco Scientific Selects Wastecorp Plunger Pumps for Taipei City Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion
Back in May, Wastecorp completed a plunger pump project for the Taipei City government. The City's wastewater treatment expansion has involved multiple plant upgrades over the last several years for its wastewater treatment plants serving over 7 million residents in Taipei and Keelung Taiwan.
Wastecorp was awarded the contract to design and manufacture 30 next generation PE 1142 plunger pumps by one of Taiwan's largest companies, Topco Scientific a high technology and environmental engineering firm.

In conjunction with Stantec, Wastecorp supplied eight quadruplex plunger pumps for the Phase two fermentation facilities upgrade. Wastecorp HPE-1144 plunger pumps with Sumitomo gear boxes and Toshiba motors are among the largest sewage pumps in the world.
